-Company culture sucks. -They can hire/fire you anytime, stop your bonuses/promotion if you dont have good terms with senior management. No HR department to address your complains to. You will have good job locations if you bootlick senior management. Only if you keep bosses and senior happy and become a yes boss employee you will flourish. A place to come and earn money for few year not a place to make career.

All the things. No employee policy. If you are liked by your boss and management then they will give all what you want. No appriasal policy, no KPIs nothing there to allocate or give employees on any basis.
