If you're a fresher and struggling to get a job, I'll advise this company, but don't stay more than a year. The management does not know what they are doing.

Dislikes

Growth will be slow, you can't have a balanced work-life, the work pressure is high, no work culture, and ethics.

Even if employees are properly resigned, the management and HR provides false reply to the BGV replies. It is completly unethical. They do this kind of blackmail to us by telling directly. Its really painful to employees. Better dont join this company. Even joined, plz do remove from your CV. Worst HR and management. Plz work with ur heart. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
