Even if employees are properly resigned, the management and HR provides false reply to the BGV replies. It is completly unethical. They do this kind of blackmail to us by telling directly. The main office is located in a terrace and it's look like a courier office, and the It department is located far from the office and it's like a transport godown. Lot more to say. No space. No work life balance. 24*7 work. Sales managers are terrible. No good package. Worst incentive plans that demotivate to work. Plz don't prefer this company to work your future will ruin.
