Even if employees are properly resigned, the management and HR provides false reply to the BGV replies. It is completly unethical. They do this kind of blackmail to us by telling directly. Its really painful to employees. Better dont join this company. Even joined, plz do remove from your CV. Worst HR and management. Plz work with ur heart. If you're a fresher and struggling to get a job, I'll advise this company, but don't stay more than a year. The management does not know what they are doing.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
