Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. it was great experience of mine in Vamani Overseas, the company premises is gud, the teammates are very supportive and friendly also. the management is also very good. my overall experience was wonderful and i would like to join again if they will give me opportunity

they do not offer outing and sports etc. and the timing is typical otherwise everything is gud

I don't think i am getting something that should be appreciated. Everything is worse here. They are serving shits to their employees.

Dislikes

there is no timings fixed to work, you have to come at 9 o clock but no time is fixed when u complete your shift. You have to work at least 10-12 hours a day without getting any overtime. Even they force you to work in night shift also Don't give any appraisal to anyone till 2 years.
