Only by name it is MNC, its pure Lala type company controlled by 3-4 person. HR head/Legal Head are like the puppet controlled by remote. If you will be able to convince those Lalas' ( like few unprofessional people who are on top position as on date) your life will be settled. Company is having some senseless/useless policies. LikeLaptop policy, I worked only 3-4 months there and need to purchase the Laptop forcefully @ 90K whose market value is 74K forcefully. Old work culture HR. Benefits are good at HO level. Plant level descripency. E.g. HO - 5 day work, 3 WFH, 18 PL, 14 PTO At plant level - 6 day working, no WFH, same PTO, PL only sr. Leadership enjoys 5 day work, rest all work 6 days. There have been numerous suggestion on either 5 day working or increase PL but no any concrete action. Local plant level HR manager is pathetic.
