There is no job security, employees are like a car, it will be scrapped after a certain period of time because old car ask for more maintenance and give low mileage.

I am feeling very special after to work with Valvoline which is and good work environment and very transparent. Even though in the toughest time they always care for there employees as well there families too. I am happy to be the part of Valvoline family.

Nothing to be such level as the better thing is that for to ignore the small things.
