First of all, the company gives you freedom to work the way you like and manage. I love the fact about company is having very good and unique products and principles. As a result, I get lot knowledge gain and it helps to my career build. If talking about work culture, it is fabulous. No one dominating here. Manager is very cooperating and helping in all deal.
