First of all, the company gives you freedom to work the way you like and manage. I love the fact about company is having very good and unique products and principles. As a result, I get lot knowledge gain and it helps to my career build. If talking about work culture, it is fabulous. No one dominating here. Manager is very cooperating and helping in all deal.

Dislikes

Workforce is very less to manage things. Because of less manpower, my time consumes in small-small things and its not productive too.

I am looking for technical sales for West India region. I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
