I like working in value onshore advisors as it has good job security, good working culture, it has flexible shifts, management are quite supportive, policies are benevolent, client and employee working relationship is quite professional as well as supportive. This company is open to innovation and readily adopts new technologies. I love the fact that I am part of a US team that has a global client base and it is immensely skilled with employees. Compensation is decent, work pressure is sometimes high when we have to take calls at night mostly till 10 Pm IST.

Generally speaking, my work is related to auditing of ITGC and ITAC controls (application controls) which are for global clients related to the health and fitness industry, procure to pay process, manufacturing industry.

Absolutely nothing. It's a small setup and they take some shoddy odd jobs to be done at below market price for their survival. The promoter has kept some unprofessional management who are his college friends and know nothing about consulting, can be called as "Munims", and he hides from dirty politics under their veil

Small Office No increments no Job Safety No brand name Poor quality of HR Management Management/Operations Team is a bunch of unprofessional trying to save their own job. Should never join even if they chase you. Job security has never been heard off here.

Nothing. These people interview you for different profile but after hiring is done, they will give you work which is very unrelated to the profile your interviewed for.

Dislikes

No trainings to the employees. They want everything on plug and play mode. Work life balance is a myth in this company's case.

Nothing was good, I worked here last year and I have not seen a company like this. They are completely pathetic, I took an extra leave due to being unwell and got absent for 4 days within a month and just after that they sent me a termination letter and asked me to put in the resignation without even any prior discussion or warning.They said harsh words over the team call and cursed me for not having any future endeavours....Read More
