I have joined as fresher on March 1st 2022, and they were no projects in the mean time, they want to humiliate employees who are not on any project and who has completed the project and being idle, And on Aug 2st they have laid me off, Don't joint the company, try for other companies, choose this only if you have no other job that too waste of your time.

I have given an interview for this company and cleared all the rounds, also done with the HR call but they didn't provide me a proper update & offer letter for the next 1 month and then told me that position was internally filled. They are just entertaining with the candidate's future. This is the worst company I have ever seen, not going to give an interview in the future also.

Culture is mostly with respect to Hyderabad. If working from Pune location. You are bound to be either a single or with one other resource. Rest of the folks or team would be from Hyderabad. Working from office is no use since one has to communicate online which can be done from home as well. Appraisals are not based on rating received. Promotion is really slow for kost of the people

One incident is that, Testing team convinced Manager to make development team to do testing, even though we don’t have time and it’s not in our bucket. Everyone has own job and responsibilities. Peak level micromanagement. We have fill out our work hours for each task in excel every day to the minute detail. No Work life balance. Lot of politics . No support from manager when there is bad client.

Micro Management on status updates, Worst place to start career as fresher, Do not follow scrum estimates/work given on daily basis without estimates, Office politics are on whole different level, Work for 14-15 hours to complete daily tasks, Tech lead do not assist the team and work in dictatorship mode. Better join tier 1 MNC’s like tcs cts infy Wipro for proper work life balance
