Management is at level zero. they can make you work on weekends also. You can improve your skills and learn from here but you are going to work here like almost 7 days a week and there will be no personal life you can't get time to do another work, sometimes you have to skip your meal and on the weekdays you have to work till midnight. so that means you can improve your skill in anywhere. career growth is good but if you are able to do so. they will not give you time for your work. they are expecting you to finish the work within 2 days if that work will take more than 3 weeks. It happened with me
