Hire and Fire Policy : No job security, they hire in emergencies with good packages. Once the work is done they will ask you to leave nicely by saying there are no projects. Really high RISKY job!

Moreover, there was limited emphasis on skill development, which hindered growth opportunities. Favoritism was another issue that affected the workplace environment. The most concerning aspect, however, was the lack of healthy competition. While competition can be motivating, it was often overshadowed by office politics, which created a toxic atmosphere. *Permenant remote. *Better hikes compared to bigger service based MNCs.(10-30% twice a year) * Excellent training in various technologies. Even benched employees are allocated to in house projects which helps to upskill greatly.

* Does not work on new age technologies. * Focussed mostly on drupal, if one is a drupal developer its good for them. * Lots of bad hires. You would hardly find a highly skillful engineer especially in non drupal developers team. * Authoroties doesn't have a fair parameter of judging performance of an individual. Some on bench folksare heavily paid and are being offered promotions just because they showed improvements and folks who didn't even need to prove their metal are being ignored in promotions/appraisal cycle....Read More

Good mentorship program and regular feedback sessions. On the downside, workload can be unpredictable and sometimes the training sessions get postponed due to project deadlines. Overall a good stepping stone for freshers."

Unrealistic Deadlines provided by company when you are unable to meet they will make sure you feel embarrassed among whole management. Good mentors left the company. A lot of politics management targeting people, make sures they get fired. New management is came with a lot of toxicity. This company make feels like you are useless, dumb.

Management is worst. Pressurize for working after office hours(Even on saturdays and sundays). All great seniors left the company. Company has zero projects. A Lot of micro management. Lack of empathy they make sure you feel like shattered glass.
