Along with changing the water dispenser company management does not expect employees to mop the floor as well

Autocratic management, poor infrastructure, poor workplace hygiene, no career growth, job profile dilution, below par compensation

Got good quality of work but that's not the case always. It's dependent on which client you are working and client's trust on you.

Dislikes

1. No job training 2. Poor work culture 3. No work appreciation 4. Micro management 5. No employee benefits 6. No growth opportunities 7. Lot of grey areas in policies and management can bring change in policies at any time with immediate effect and without considering employees' view 8. Three months notice period 9. Need to work on multiple accounts when you are hired specially for one

Fortunately I got good quality of work after I managed to built the client trust. But no growth opportunities and one will definitely feel demotivated when employer never appreciates your work.
