1. Ensure you design the slide professionally and well.
2. For Public comps, ensure you check the company’s core business are in-line and all the market data are reflecting correct.
3. Enure the EV cal. Is correct and simply mention if exclusion of any (eg. Exclusion of lease from debt which cal. EV)
4. Precedent Transaction: Although Databases are not available, Google Research provides atleast 5-6 deals details easily with multiples. Try to find listed entities deals for that matter, easy to get multiples from SEC filings.
If you are asked to Analyse one company, please include combination of everything mentioned above (Credit and IB both), This is highly recommended for good points
