Being a process associate I think we are value less than managers. Where we are getting 5k to 20k performance bonus and managers are getting more than 1 lakh. We are nothing, we don't put any value in it. Everything is done by managers. Great perciality!!! Very sorry to say this is intolerable.

I worked here for 8 months the most that I loved about this company was the management they are superb and so supportive and also they have certain rules which is there in every company but is only followed here. Management Team is excellent. Very supportive, rational & motivational. This Company has good work culture. I feel very safe working here. It is the best Medical Coding & Billing company in Kolkata. I feel myself proud working here. Hope it will definitely set a milestone.

The management doesn't listen to employee concern. Also leave policies are terrible. No incentives at all. No option for work from home. Very strict in terms of breaks and late coming. There is no freedom at all. Employees are treated like prisoners.

I joined this company as a Senior Process Associate on 2020 and I got promoted to Team Lead based on my performance. There is no discrepancy and favouritsm from the higher management. Work culture is very good. Got the oppurtunity to learn end to end medical billing process. Management team is very approachable and they always ready to help. I love to work in this company.

No job security, company culture is the worst. There are few people who know each other for a decade or so and hence a full lobby is going on in the company, which you will get to know after working there for some time. Non sense management.
