There is nothing good about valmont - very bad working culture - no support from boss not from hr as well - they are ready to fire due to not getting business - in 2021 they have fired almost 60 nos of employee from india plant. If you dont have job in hand or you have very less salary then only join valmont considering you dont hav e job security - They can fire you within 1 month as well .
