...usiness - in 2021 they have fired almost 60 nos of employee from india plant. If you dont have job in hand or you have very less salary then only join valmont considering you dont have job security - They can fire you within 1 month as well . This is the worst company i have associate in my entire carrier .

...abor available in the world. Then simply denies to pay any variable/ appraisals. Zero appraisal/ zero variable pay policy ONLY FOR INDIAN EMPLOYEES . Join at your own risk.

politics of being favorable to HR and top management team with in-team gossip and secrets, HR not being professional, for any document, such as a joining letter, confirmation letter, experience letter, reliving letter, all needs to be begged to get and you will get it after 2-4 months The bathroom exhaust issue was resolved after 2 months whole time office used to smell shit

No Job security. There was a useless HR who tries to target when professionals complain about office neatness/stationery. No qualified HR and not matured No professionalism. there were core values but HR will not follow them, HR doesn't know where policy documents are available. No career development/growth. Release appointment letter after 6 months, to get it we need to beg HR every day then only it will be released. worst system and pathetic HR. Not maintained confidentiality by HR like salaries, resignations and etc.,

Working Hrs are fixed - 9 Hrs.

1. Internal politics is goes on. 2. HR are more focused on timing monitoring and employee working style and not job satisfactions of employees. Overall work culture is poor. 3. Gratuity is included in CTC. 4. Average time of job change is between 1-3years. 5. HR never had one on one communication until you approached them for some issues. 6. No surveys are taken from 3rd party’s.
