Good Work Culture and Company Policies create a healthy environment. Job security is ok.

Growth is very slow, and the company policies are based on the inputs from Finland HQ, which usually are not inline with Indian market scenarios. Remuneration is ok, not too good.

This is Employee Oriented company, You do not have to worry about JOB here , you have multiple option wide open in various fields. Work culture is good because one of the Neles value is "Respect each others", So no discrimination , every one treated equally. Management is good but should be in good hand in future also. Policies are excellent , You get what you deserve.

Appointing a Matured person to run the organization with in the region is very important because all the Policies, work culture, Job security all depends on that . They have failed this time. Apart from that , all is good
