I have worked over 2.5 years in this company, It is really waste of time and experience to work in this company, no carrier growth & opportunities, skill development is zero because they are totally out dated in technology, they will not hesitate to continue there business with out dated technology which they are currently handling but they will give huge amount of salary or appraisal and other benefits to useless and out dated heads of department (development, testing, Quality, product and HR). There is no development in Human Resource department also because there is an expired person or not to be fit to be as an HR head is being as HR head from the day company has started and he doesn't know to speak English. I'll just suggest to the one who is got offer or trying to attend interviews in this company that please don't waste your carrier by joining here....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
