Work from home was provided and their support was really good

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Doesn't provide work from home to balance work and personal life. After maternity leave they dont support by giving work from home. Will be asked to either take loss of pay or come to office.

Work Details

Somewhat okay. But no job satisfaction. Pay is gud.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
