Such a terrible experience, Such a worst company in my entire carrier where I worked, Even company is not aware about his work, I will not called it company it is like lala ki dukan.the person who will learn down among the owner he will got promotion. You can't learn anything from this company, I will not suggest anyone to join thissuch a toxic environment, Every employee is relative wonderful thing HOD's are using local marwadi language in office premises while dealing with there subordinate last line I will say "Andher nagri chopat Raja"....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
