Worst place to work, they don’t give salaries at all. They will feed you with lovely talks and not money. They will take the work from you but not pay. Worst company ever.

It's staff salary which they did not pay at all as this organization does not have it's own fund to do so.

There is no strategic planning, there is no clear vision to head the business, they pay salary only if channel partner's (SS or distributors) payment is received.

Nothing is good in valeda. They give salary after one and half months . They take double money from there patient . Many patients come here for permanent hair removal but after the whole treatment no improvement

Dislikes

Every patient there are rashes on there skin skin become ugly after phr or any type of treatment. Worst clinic i have worked till now. They have not given my salary of Sep till now . They don’t have funds in their bank.

I joined Valeda Herbal pvt ltd as a HR Intern . The 3 months experience as an HR Intern was very informative and very much Interesting. I learnt many skills which are necessary and will be very helpful for me in future. They appreciate talent and help you grow more!
