1. Job Security is Nil - People are getting terminated / force resignation without any reason 2. No work life balance - It was asked to work more then 12 hrs a day. They do not clarify expectation at the time of interview. later they force it. Who deny can get terminated 3. Work do not have value, Just need to satisfy ego of leadership 4. You have to do job, attend call & Meeting any time post working hrs 5. They spoil your career in your probation period and do not give you time to search other option 6. HR head will just here your grievance but will not listen to you. that why rating of VGL here is quite low. 7. There is quite a good amount of politics. It was pathetic. They spoiled my and one of my colleges career with out any reason. If was aware of these thing - I would not join VGL even they would have offered me double salary package

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
