Lot of politics , worst hr system , no learning, people busy in just developing good relationships with manager . If you are highly educated lets suppose from premier colleges like iit / iim / nit . Please avoid this place you will stuck between very less educated peoples , no peer to peer learning, only learning will be about jewellery and out dated technologies. All is good 👍 but some people wrong in this company and some people Vaibhav global limited, according to my experience, the company is very good, I have worked in it for 8 years, but there are some people in it who are running casteism, Brahmin community, they are giving a lot of promotion to the people of their own community, theyare spreading casteism in their voice, it is my request that immediate action should be taken against such people and they should be investigated deeply....Read More
