Toxic Work Culture, work life imbalanced, after mid of the month you don't allow to take any off, working hours are also terrible, No job security, if your sales targets are not acheivable, you will be throw out anytime or any day without any prior notice, your mind of peace will lost somewhere while working here,

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It was the best workplace to be (in it's initial stage only) now there's no job security, co founders are very supportive and cooperates on every level

Dislikes

Currently there is a lot of politics and management is inconsiderate, salary is decent but no job security, all of a sudden you can asked to resign, no fixed timings maintained

Work Details

Job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
