I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Top management is blindly beleive on GM's feedback. They never talk to middle management managers , never take their feedback. Below General Manager rank, they don't for bother you. Never appreciate you efforts and hard work. GM hold your Ta Da expenses for 2-2 months. So this company totally depends on working style of General Manager of a particular territory.
