Environment and culture is not good. Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. They give good salary.Company policies are good but politics has entered there.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

My service to the company as a Sr. Project manager was much appreciated in 1st. 3- years. I learnt so much also on the job. But last 2-years were very critical because of politics done by my senior person.
