Tata steel Meramandali help you to get mental harassment, if you raise a concern they will blame you only. There are policies but only in the paper not in real ground. Worst company ever worked in my 15 years of career.

HR says company accommodation available near plant location. But after joining you are told to get accommodation which is 25 km far from plant and daily 3 hrs are wastage in traveling.

After the demise of Ratan Tata, Tata Steel is no longer a place to work anymore. The Stupid HR policy, Forced Retirements, reduced number of leaves are the new normal. The only good part was the OPD medical facility which be discontinued from April onwards as well.
