You get to learn new things everyday and work on new projects. Salary also get credited on time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Micromanagement at each step. Pressure is through the roof. CEO is manipulative and rude. They won't take any time to teach you or help and instead just tell you to learn everything on your own and take courses for such things. Poor culture and no room for increments and appraisals.

Learning and growth in terms of knowledge.

Dislikes

As a workplace it is horrible. Also there is micro management of employees, unnecessary pressure, and no freedom or trust when it comes to work. No maximum hours (employees end up working 10 hours a day). No benefits other than salary.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
