1. Conduct day to day Traning programs & personality devlopment program. 2. Good Product quality. 3. Good market support for dealers,distributor and retailers. 4. Good costumer service support after sales. 5. Running very good schemes for plumbers in Market. 6. Company try to capture very aggressively market share from competitor.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
