Leave can be get easily and no management pressure.

Dislikes

1. Salary not getting on time , 2. PF deducted from both sided , 3. Medical policy has to pay by employee itself. 4. No timely appraisal . 5. No Management policy & HR policy just like a baniya ki dukan .

Work policy: We have to work on office from 9 to 6:30 PM then have to work at home and again have to reach office on 9 PM otherwise late comming mark and salary deducted

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
