The Job is very relevant according to my interest. I struggled a bit in the beginning as I was a trainee that time. I learnt everything on the job and has improved my skills in different fields.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
