Some managers are good and encouraging... BUT NOT ALL!!!

Salary is not on-time, there is always one or two days delay. For which they always blame bank server. Inhouse projects are hell... Clients are completely belongs to sales background and have 0 technical knowledge. Every small issues are escalated till CEO and make unnecessary noise. There is no work life balance. Some seniors are workaholic and they expect everyone to be like them. There is only fixed timing for login but not for logout.
