If we talking about limeroad, it was nice experience bt when vmart taken handover of limeroad they layoff the all employees not reimburse any payout such a bad experience with them and I'm not suggesting anyone to join their organisations. They doesn't care about your finicial condition. They only see their profit and loss not employee emotion and conditions.

Promotion process too slow also...there is some pressure also for things.. Company try to make themselves organise but the process for this is too tough.some time you face politics also on zonal label...

Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.

Dislikes

Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.
