Vmart is a Good Company but some Manager are very Bed for his behaviour. Culture is Good but store manager talked only SOP for all staff and management team and he is not follow the company SOP's Thanks

Working environment and culture not good, here lots of politics, hr and policies not supportive in the lock down during and after do worked by company very shameless.
