Never recommend to join. One can join a small company but not in this. Culture is the worst. Senior level engage with suspicious jobs. During my tenure i have followed some issues. Staffs are not treated well. They never give actual salary based on wages to the groud level empliyees. Even is there any error done by company at the time of attendance received next month the arear will not pay to employees. Several complain received from my junior colleagues. There are no room for store manager also. Maximum store dont have warehouse. Stock inward outward problem show several time any issue faced they totally treat as guilty to ASM/SM even problem created from zonal/ho team. There no budget for store for welfare or activities for staffs. They always use slang to the employees....Read More
