Company Policy is good but it totally depends on Hod and reporting manager. In R&D electronics situation is very worst of some team 😒. I am not saying all electronics R &D but in some team manager behaving like unorganized sector job . Saturday is official holiday but reporting manger also say to come on every Saturday. It means official holiday is only on policy paper not in real.
