Worst college for career and more than worst for education

Poor management poor infrastructure and lots of unbalanced work culture no one is competent enough for the post and no classroom, total no of books are 2500 and unrelivent to the subject in library. Only one thing matter that deposit fee on time without any expectation. And faculty have to work like slave only without any questions even they are not paying full salary even they are deducting security as one month salary and they also not follow the government and ugc rules and regulations. The organization is strive to give a world class knowledge to young minds that enhances their skills, moral values and social learning as well knowledge on the subjects for a better career and life ahead. I loved to be part of this organization with a strong team that I am leading successfully.

Dislikes

As a head of the forestry department, sometimes the work pressure is high but I could able to management it by the strength I am blessed with the GOD. I do get appreciation from the authorities are visiting the department but hardly considered by the management. Although, it gives me inner peace and breath.

Work Details

My work is totally challenging as I have to look after the administrative, teaching-learning, training, workshop and research at the department and involve in the various activities of the organization.
