Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

salary gets credit on time. it is also not sure that on a specific date salary will come. it comes sometimes 1st week or 2nd week , depends upon CMD availability.

Dislikes

There are so many things to dislike this company. 1. There is no work culture. 2. Here is strict office timing from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. if you late then they will deduct salary. 3. Internal system is not good. Even they do not follow any system. 4. Employee sit long hours only to fulfil their duty . 5. Employee must come on Holidays also. if there is holiday on paper they do not follow. 6. They do not give your full and final amount if you leave this company. 7.Here peoples are only survive , who can butter their seniors. 8. seniors employee give abuse to their junior in front of everyone. 9. Peoples are not happy with management decision or work culture but they can not speak in front of CMD. 10. Employee resign their job within one year. 11. There is no work life balance.
