While working at Uttkarsh classes has many positive. One challenge can managing the divorce of student in a large classes. It’s something make it difficult to provide individual attendance to everyone. Accidentally, balancing and responsibilities with teaching can be overwhelming at time. While I understand the importance of dedicating sufficient time to mentally stimulating work, it's equally essential to recognize the need for rest and self-care. Working long hours, such as 9 hours a day, can be detrimental to our mental well-being and lead to burnout. at least 5 day working is more then sufficient in a week.
