Here are the list of things: #Salary 12th every month #no cab facility (no travel allowance) # working shift 10-12 hours (if you are lucky) # 50 hours/weak ( again if you are lucky) #no higher authority to understand your problem / top level politics in the company. # only 1 week-off (rotational)....but at the time of joining they promise you 2week-off. #HR.
