I had joined as a graphic designer in 2014, and from then on its been a remarkable journey for me over the next decade, I have grown into a performance manager in my current responsibilities. One feature which has been very satisfying for me is that the management encouraged me to take up new responsibilities and given time to mature into the role in spite of making mistakes and causing losses to the company, yet given positive encouragement to rectify and ensure same is not committed again. I have been part of Utazzo from day of inception, proudly associated for over 10 years now, I am the second employee of Utazzo. Initially in 2012, the company did not have any IT tools to manage leads which made our life difficult , but over the years they invested heavily in IT infrastructure and made our jobs simpler and has brought operational efficiency
