I was worked at 6years , Appraisal very pathetic every year I have done more than 100"% , and given double digit growth but they given Appraisal 30k per Yearly, they said many reasons, Bosses convince next year we recamonded like that but they did not recamond, not only that so many pol itics , I have 14 years Exp but I have not seen this type of Company, they did not give any Carrier growth, but they give growth 30 to 40 % Target growth, I have not seen this type of HR, they did not Respond, worest , if any body left the Company they did not settle all this thing's, they was deducted the Amount , why they did don't know if we call HR not at all respond, I was face lot of the problem, even I was sent more than 100 mails, they did not respond, all most 500 times call them just pick the call Ian very busy I will talk to you later like that, I left this company last 1 year back till now they will settle my account still pending , I was handover the all company property but till not settle , I strongly recommend pls don't join this type of organaization...Read More
