Good work culture. Teammates and management are more supportive. Good in job security. Appraisals are good and depends on individual KPI. Salary with good hike and bonus every year. Good platform to learn and develope your individual skills.

Need to improve Food and canteen facilities. Less break time not sufficient to complete our lunch. Apart from that all okay.

Here, staffs are worst in quality department. No appreciations,no increments,no training regarding quality,worst salary,worst food. In quality,all staffs are selfish with each other. They wont respect within themselves.ego problems within the team especially in quality assurance department.
