Marketing professionals do not join the organisation. The outside corporate world is well aware of the problematic culture inside.

The organisation is a prime example of Lala culture and how the reckless, mood based decision making will bring down an organisation. Marketing is directly run by the owner and he is involved in the tiniest decision making which leads to delay of 6 months in every campaign or POSM development.
