Good product bucket, but very very poor marketing strategy. Training was marvelous, learning was just very good. No fixed date of salary and expenses, no bonus. Company policies was not good for pharmaceutical industry.

Dislikes

Company MD marketing strategy base on real-estate business. Salary is good but no fixed date of getting. Very few products (5) so very hard to stand those products in market. Management doesn't very helpful.

Work Details

Training process the most lovable part in this company for me. Products are high quality level so good chance to sell for me.

New M.D. has joined he don't know about pharrma marketing he is taking bad decession any time he has terminated the field staff. Previous M.D. was good I am suggesting that presently this company is not good for working.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
