If I talk about good things then my colleagues are very helpful... Environment in which Im working is also excellent. Other than that the management team is always available to help the team members in every way possible.

Dislikes

Talking about dislikes I would firstly say that the only dislike that I have is the appraisal system in the company and strict following of the principle of hire & fire rule which is strictly based on performance.

Urban Orchards respects loyalty of its team members. If you are disciplined and work smartly, then it is an excellent platform for career growth. The senior management is always very supportive and also have an open door policy. There are regular team parties / outing / office activities to boost the team in the company. This is one of the best companies to join.

Company has very good work culture and environment. My team members are very hard working and supportive. The management is very transparent and has open door policy. Any one can approach the senior management team for discussions. Company policies are very good and annual appraisals are also good.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
