If I talk about good things then my colleagues are very helpful... Environment in which Im working is also excellent. Other than that the management team is always available to help the team members in every way possible.

Talking about dislikes I would firstly say that the only dislike that I have is the appraisal system in the company and strict following of the principle of hire & fire rule which is strictly based on performance.

The senior management is always very supportive and also have an open door policy. There are regular team parties / outing / office activities to boost the team in the company. This is one of the best companies to join.

Work culture & office environment is excellent. Career growth opportunities are very good if you perform. Management supports everyone who wants to widen their horizon in career growth. Job requires a lot of travel including international trips. Compensation and incentives are as per the industry standards. Salaries are paid in time.

Company has very good work culture and environment. My team members are very hard working and supportive. The management is very transparent and has open door policy. Any one can approach the senior management team for discussions. Company policies are very good and annual appraisals are also good.
