Urban Ladder very good company to learn. But the drawback is, can't able work on shifts extra duty without providing OT . No transportation facility. They wont promote the seniors of that company. They hire new employers to work. Thats not good for the management. And the running gets slow.. When new employers come for the new working environment. Other than this. Its a very good company..

Management is excellent in terms of their strategy and expansion, the other team members are also very collaborative and supportive.

Dislikes

The Fitouts business was discontinued mainly due to couple of Senior managers did not handle properly the challenges to mitigate the losses and without proper plan to turn around the business.

There is nothing to like about this company. It's been 12 years since its inception but it has not learned anything from their mistakes. There is a never-ending list but still, I am adding some points here 1. No job security- anyone can be fired at any time without any notice believe me it's anyone. 2. Poor HR Policy- HR is here only to threaten employee 3. Worst Admin team- Your reimbursement will take a minimum of 30 days and in some cases, it goes to 45-60 days, no one is there to bother about your financial crisis 4.
